Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Absolutely. We source all our perfumes and colognes directly from authorized distributors or the original designers to guarantee 100% authenticity for every bottle.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping bottles in the bathroom or near heat sources.
What is your return policy for opened fragrances?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase. We recommend trying a sample size before committing to a full bottle.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Please note that because fragrances are classified as hazardous materials due to alcohol content, they must be shipped via ground transportation.
What is the difference between EDT and EDP?
Eau de Toilette (EDT) contains a lower concentration of fragrance oils (5-15%), making it lighter for daily wear. Eau de Parfum (EDP) has a higher concentration (15-20%), offering a more intense and longer-lasting scent profile.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States due to international regulations regarding the transport of alcohol-based liquids.
