Secure Packaging

Carefully place the unopened fragrance in its original box and use protective cushioning to prevent any breakage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse receives your return, we will inspect the seal; approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
